
Business Services Application error
Business Services application servers were upgraded on 10/28/2006 and the
application links have changed.
If you are seeing this page then you have tried to run an application from a
desktop shortcut or from a bookmark (favorite).
If you continue to have problems after following the steps below please contact the Help Desk at 516-8547.
If you are running the application from a bookmark please scroll down the page for instructions.
If you are trying to run the application from a desktop shortcut use the steps
below to remedy the problem:
1. From your desktop right click on the shortcut.
2. Click on properties at the bottom of the popup menu.
3. In the url property box replace the portion of the url between the : and the ? with 7778/forms/frmservlet.
For example change http://bluto.bussvc.wisc.edu:7778/form90/f90servlet?config=files
to
http://bluto.bussvc.wisc.edu:7778/forms/frmservlet?config=files
4. Click apply and then click ok.
5. Close this browser window and run the shortcut again.
If you are running the application from a bookmark then simply delete the
bookmark, navigate to the correct appliation page below, run the application
and save the new link.
